Costs

We are conscious of the current economic climate and are working with our Chinese partners to get the best deal possible for the Expo. We expect the cost of the conference, accommodation, sightseeing, hospitality and transport to come in at less than £1,000 per delegate. Once the level of interest is established we will be able to set a definitive figure.

Extending Your Stay

Our retained travel staff can assist you in extending your stay in China, either before or after the conference (or both).

Shijiazhuang is a key interchange on the Chinese high-speed rail network, making it convenient for travel to Shanghai, Xi’an (Terracotta Warriors), Chengdu (Pandas), Chongqing (space-age architecture) & many other destinations. Our staff can organise your sightseeing & travel.

Visa Requirements

Travel to & within China is visa-free for UK & EU citizens.
